Shopping at Jusco

Well, we went shopping at Jusco last night..... yea, Jusco again! haha... No choice le... the nearest shopping mall is Jusco ma... hahaha.... Sometimes we also go Carrefour & Tesco la... but further la...

I wanted to get a baju kurung as I was going to sit for the MTest (Malaysian Teacher Selection Test) as I applied for the KPLI (Kursus Perguruan Lepasan Ijazah). I went for the test this morning. There were all together 5 papers, total 235 MCQ, given time was 2hrs30mins. I managed to answer all the questions, but not sure how I did. If I get through, the next step will be interview. If I get through again, then I will need to go for training. Not sure how long, I think is 9 months... then, I am going to be a teacher la... hehehe... change field liao, no more wafer fab for me...

Hubby reached home around 6pm, we left home right after he took his bath. We had our dinner there, at Secret Recipe.

~Hubby had this Grilled Mushroom Chicken. It's the grilled chicken with mushroom sauce, serve with herb rice and salad. Taste good!

~I had this Chicken Cordon Bleu, it's the boneless chicken chop stuffed with chicken square & cheese... Not bad...

~ As for drinks, I had Caramel Latte and hubby had the Hot Chocolate

So, this is the baju kurung that I bought. After today, don't know when will wear it again. Maybe, when I go for the interview... I hope I can make it to the interview!

My heart so pain...

My mom always tell me not to leave Samuel alone... especially when he is awake... Most important of all, DO NOT LEAVE HIM ON THE BED! She told me this millions of time...

I wanted to change him into his sleeping wear, so I put him on the bed. I wanted to wipe his body first as he was sweating. So I went into the bath room to get some warm water... It happened so fast!! I was away for... 5 second??!! I heard "Bom!!"... then I heard Samuel cried out loud... When I rushed out from the bath room, I saw him lying on the floor... crying...

My heart broke into pieces... I screamed (I believe my neighbour could hear me). I quickly picked him up and hold him close to my chest... telling him, "Sorry, dear... Mummy's fault... Mummy sayang".... He stopped after about 30 second, I put him on the bed to check on his head, arms, legs, tummy, back... make sure he was okay. I was relieved when I saw him smile at me and start saying," ang...gooo..." There is no "bum" on his head, only a bit red on the left side of his head... I rub rub his head and told him," Mummy say sorry"...

I called my mom and told her the whole thing. I thought she would scold me... but she did not... She said Samuel will be fine and asked me not to worry. I also called Jane, she advised me to check on him tonight when he sleeps... just to make sure he is okay.

He had his milk around 7:20pm, and fell asleep...

I feel really guilty...

I pray that Samuel will be fine...

Happy Birthday, 老公!

Yesterday was David's birthday. We had a simple birthday celebration at home.

We bought a vanilla sponge cake coated with peanuts.

And I cooked 2 simple dishes - vegetable and steam chicken. I got the recipe of the steam chicken from http://mummygwen.blogspot.com/2008/08/home-cooked-dinner-18.html. Simple and taste good too. :)

Samuel fell asleep before we had our dinner, that was about 7:30pm. First we thought he would wake up after a short nap as he doesn't go to sleep so early. We waited till 10pm, and Samuel didn't show any sign of he would wake up. So, he missed the singing and cake cutting part.
The cake taste not bad... :)

Baby car seat

We went shopping at Jasco yesterday, and we got the baby car seat for Samuel.

Moving to Kedah

Hubby is working in Kulim, Kedah. I went back to Kuching for delivery since Sep 2008. Since Samuel is about 4 months old now, so I think it's time to bring him over to stay with Daddy. Better for a family to stay together, right?

We traveled by Air Asia and there's only 1 flight from Kuching to Penang daily, the 8:15pm flight. I was really worry as it was Samuel's first time traveling at night. Usually I don't bring him out at night. Luckily he was okey during the journey. He cried a bit at the beginning, maybe due to the air pressure, but fell asleep after about 15 minutes.

I was really touched when I saw my uncle (舅舅) and his family came to the airport before we depart. My younger sister and brother were there too. We took some picture before we went in to the departure hall.

I pray that Samuel and I will get used of the new environment, new place, new home soon.
