David and I invited our colleagues to join us for this simple but meaningful celebration.
Since it was Friday, both David and I took half day leave to come home earlier to do some final clean up and did some decoration before the event started about 6pm.
And here is the birthday cake. Got it from Summer Bakery. RM237 , weight 3kg.
Food was from Kasih Sayang Catering, who's serving halal food. The caterer was not very friendly and she kept forgetting what she had promised me. One thing that I must highlight over here was, she said she normally charged RM50 for setting up the table (actually just put skirting around the table) but she charged me RM30 only. This was what she told me when I first called her to enquire about the food. When I had decided to get the food from her, she said she wanna charged me RM50. I refused to gave her the extra RM20. Then she sound very unhappy. However, she still provided the food for us. When the food arrived, we were surprised to see the amount. They were so little. We ordered food for 25 people! So last minute we ordered pizza to top up. Luckily the food was enough. But we got good comment from the guests, that the food was nice. However, we will not get the food from her again in the future. Here is the cafe name, not recommended.
